Imagine setting out on a 27 hour road trip across the country with your wife, son, daughter, and two dogs when after the first restroom break 3 hours in, your car doesn't start. That is where I found myself on a Saturday at a rest area off of Highway 75. First 2 places I called, no answer. I found D&C on the map and dialed them up.
Denvil answered and immediately started to set my mind at ease that this is what he does and that I was on my way to getting help. They dropped what they were doing and headed my way. I received a text with a zero dollar estimate to start work before they arrived. Denvil showed me every step of diagnosis. I understood very quickly what my issue was. I had an estimate/invoice within 20 minutes and a plan to get us back on the road. I paid my invoice and we set out on picking up my replacement parts. We found a way to get my car to his shop. He went right to work and within an hour, we were back on the road.
All in, 4 hours from my panic in realizing that our road trip had hit a major snag, I was back on the road with a new alternator and battery.
D&C Auto works fast. You've got to keep up and trust is certainly a big part of that. I can not express how grateful I am to Denvil and Crystal for making my family an immediate priority and getting us back on the road as soon as possible.

The man I spoke with on the phone was the kindest, most knowledgeable person and I am so glad I called. Upon explaining to him the state/symptoms of my car, he explained to me exactly how everything works and that he was more than sure I was completely fine.
I didn’t even need any roadside assistance or services, but he just gave me complete peace of mind and was so helpful and kind over the phone that I wanted to leave a review. Sometimes people just come into your life at the right time. I fancy myself as a DIYer or shaded tree mechanic not afraid to take on any project with my BMW. I was having electrical issues that I was trying to diagnose myself with no luck. I was at the point of giving up and going to BMW when I pulled up to a red light seeing someone run code on a M5, at first a laughed to myself that someone else was having issues with there BMW as well. I roll down the window and thought they would have a laugh with me. Turned out to be Denvil’s wife and he was in the BMW in front of her, she told me they had a shop and specialized in BMW’s “dumb luck on part”. I followed them into the Lowes parking where he ran codes for and told me what needed to be done. Because I’m not always smart, I tied to remedy it myself. I wound up causing major issues and disabling my car. I called D&C at 11:30 PM to tell them what I had done, he offered to come out that night, but I decided as I was exhausted. I had him come out the next day after spending time in my garage going through everything he could, we concluded that it would be best to have it towed to his shop. I went to bed and like magic when I woke up my car was back running better than ever. I can’t say enough good things or express how happy I am for the service I received from D&C Auto Repair. The service was done right, and price was way better than I would have expected.

I been dealing with super & Crystal for 3 years now and it wasn’t one time he ain’t come thru when I needed him ! Rather it’s a tire change , engine problems or a tire fix ! He available for me , I done called at 5am , & 10 pm at night and he gonna answer the phone ! For prices that’s better than what you get at the dealership if not better quaility !!
